Formed in 1990, NC Chassis Company wanted to provide a quality product, which was competitive and always available. As we evolved in this industry we realizied that we were the foundation for new racers. Quarter Midget Racers are the roots that fuel the growth of possibly the next super talent in racing. From drivers to mechanics.

Our actions today can effect your families view of racing in general. We must assist you in understanding chassis dynamics. More importantly, we must assist in developing your driver, so your love for this sport can be the same as ours.

Starting with the original 1900 to the Pro 2000, Ultimate 2001, Mark Martin limited edition, Extreme 02, Kong and the newest edition Grizzly. We have no intentions of slowing down. "We will always produce high quality products backed by unmatched customer service".

Rob Nervo, President of NC Chassis "We strive to produce the best chassis on the market quarter midget racing with a commitment to win and provide support." As a former quarter-midget and sprint car racer, Rob is committed to never compromise on safety and does not cut any corners in the manufacturing process. Each quarter midget sold comes with detailed set-up instructions for squaring up the car, setting toe-out, scaling, and recommendations for setting caster/camber and cross weight.

Factory support is just a phone call away. Plus our local dealers network and Factory racers are always testing new products.

The manufacturing facility at NC Chassis includes a CNC controlled Pines tube bender which allows for producing a more consistent and predictable chassis. The welding fixtures and frame jigs were developed by Dave Fisher, father of IRL competitor Sarah Fisher. Dave brings extensive experience to the company with his background in open-wheel car construction. The welding procedures utilized strictly follow the prescribed method of welding with regards to flexing of material. All of their welders are certified and specialize in tubular welding. They frequently cut frames to test and ensure their welding procedures are not inducing unwanted stresses into the frame.
