This event was Saturday - June 5th, 2010!*

Starting at 10:00 am till 3:00 pm.

"2011 Try it" date will be released in Feb of 2011,

at this website.

MQMRA's "Try It, You'll Like It"

Here's a chance for Kids ages 5-16 yrs old to drive a

Real Race Car at "Little" Elko Speedway in Elko, Minnesota.

Cost for each participant is $25.00 the day of event.

Your child can get the ultimate experience of driving a real race car!

Each participant will be educated by our Novice Trainers about the Racing Flags

and how to properly wear Safety Equipment. ***

They would also receive technical instructions for driving race cars and upon completion,

each driver will receive a Racer Certificate.

(Signature of parent consent must be signed in person, the day of the event, at the track.)

Each participant needs to wear jeans and tennis shoes to the track.

Each child that attends the Training Program will be allowed to drive

a Quarter Midget Race Car on the “Little” Elko Race Track.**

*This date is subject to change depending on weather. If poor weather is forcasted, there will be a rescheduled make-up date made and you will be notified Via the Email address that you used for your paypal account!

This notification would be sent out the morning of the event if the date is going to be changed.

**Every Driver must be able to apply brakes and turn the vehicles steering wheel.

***There is no written test of any kind in this event.

Moonwalks will be availble for use during the down time at the Race Track.
